Personal Training is an excellent way to target a specific health and fitness goal, weight loss target, or simply, to regain your motivation.
It doesn’t matter what shape you’re in, how old you are, or what sort of exercise you’ve done before. Everyone is welcome! We also cater for injury management and injury prevention.
You can train one-on-one, or share your fitness journey in groups of 2 or 3.
Our personal training studio is a comfortable, safe space that is completely private. This means there is no waiting for equipment and no interruptions. It’s all about you!
We’ll start by getting to know you, your current fitness level and your personal goals. Then we’ll create an individual fitness program tailored just for you.
With personal training, we’ll provide you with all the necessary support, guidance and motivation at every step. This is the start of a journey towards your health and fitness dreams.
Freedom Personal Training sessions are available to everyone in the local community, you don’t need to be an existing member. PT sessions can be purchased for one person or groups of two and three.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all personal training bookings. Full rates apply for cancellations made within that time.
