Join our specialised 6-week program designed to help mums safely return to exercise. This program is led by a qualified Pre and Post Natal Fitness Trainer working alongside a Women’s Health Physio.
Throughout the program, you will receive all of the necessary tools and education that you need to regain confidence in your body and stay safe while exercising.
